Cool house located between Leederville & Mount Hawthorn - whole house for you

Freshly decorated and fully furnished for a home away from home this property welcomes everyone

Three bedrooms with a queen bed in the main bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom and a single bed in the third bedroom. Super quality bed linen fitted between all guest visits and additional bedding also available

The kitchen is a large open plan area with all the facilities required including fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven / hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the essentials required in a kitchen. A separate utility area has the washing machine and vacuum

The garden is large at both the front and back. Ample parking at the front and a large contained back garden with a large table setting with chairs. There is also a Weber BBQ available on request

Wireless internet is available at the property and the smart tv is Netflix compatible with a free guest open access to Netflix provided

A new and efficient air con is in the living room and the bedrooms have ceiling and pedestal fans in them so the house is kept nice and cool

Located beside the Freeway it is easy access to all areas of Perth by car. 100 yards around the corner there are bus stops to the wonderful nearby Leederville strip with train station and onward to Perth city centre in one direction and to nearby Glendalough train station and onward to Scarborough Beach in the other direction

50 yards from the front door is the wonderful child & pet friendly Brittania Reserve and a further 50 yards gets you to the beautiful and serene Lake Monger

If you were to search the internet for cool or desirable Perth suburbs then both Leederville and Mount Hawthorn are up there. With great bars, restaurants, cafes and coffee shops as well as numerous boutiques and shops there is something for everyone and the location one suburb away from the CBD and easy access to all of Perth, including the wonderful beaches of Perth, so they will remain desirable suburbs

Convenient Location

We stayed for a couple of nights after a late flight from Bali and found the place & location easy to get to and very convenient to visit our friends. Thanks for leaving the lights on for us when we arrived at 2am.

Convenient Location!

Thank you Ralph & Laura! We were dropping one son off to boarding school and another to uni. The house was conveniently located between the two. A lovely home with all the extras to make us feel very comfortable. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
