Unfortunately the room we stayed in had been recently renovated and we lost hot water, no other rooms were available of the same size weekend office staff were helpfulish in providing keys to another room for showers. However, we could have rectified the problem (RCD tripping) if the staff knew about simple things like placement of fuse box etc.
Got a parking fine - followed instructions for overflow parking in the Guest Compendium and received local council fine. Office staff stated 'oh yeah, you must have an old book they have been fining people over there for a while' again not helpful.
Location and resort facilities were terrific, but staff assistance was lacking.
