Quiet location yet in the heart of the thriving Northbridge area, close to the CBD. Awesome facilities, fully equipped kitchen & laundry w/ washer & dryer. Nice coffee shop downstairs, plenty of dining places nearby. 2 mins walk to the FREE CAT Bus or 5 ins walk to the city centre. Key collection & return is from around the corner at Edward Street Perth.

Great 4 night stay in the city

Generally okay but needs changes
Generally good except for three things. Firstly the quality of furnishings are poor. The single most uncomfortable lounge in history and suitable for only the very cheapest house/rental property. Two lounges, both cheap and appalling. Second thing, a pulsating hot water system. It cycles constantly, every 8 to 10 seconds alternating between your desired heat level and cold! Every single shower was the same rhythm. Lot's of good points though and if those two things were fixed it would be a fairly decent stay. One last thing, there is no ventilation in the bedroom and it is mandatory to keep the bedroom door open for a/c. The unit might be advertised as for four but two is It's real capacity.

we enjoyed our stay at this property but for a BNB it could have been stocked better . there were no champagne glasses and to provide only one towel for each of us for four days is fairly awful

The apartment is ok buts needs some tlc the fit out everything from furniture to appliances and kitchen ware was very very cheap unfortunately.. the management company did try their best to fix some things .. could be a very good place with some money spent on things.

Ideal in every way
What a find! Situated in Northbridge adjacent the city, this little gem ticks all the boxes. Coffee shops and wine bars close by, a short walk to the city and restaurants galore near by. The apartment itself was spotless with imaginative attention to detail. Everything you could need is provided or available close by at Lulu's or the IGA. Comfortable queen bed, crisp linen and a fluffy doona ensured an excellent night's sleep. City Rest is on the top floor and the outlook ever-changing. Sit back and relax, as we did, glass of vino in hand and enjoy the view. Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodation
We definitely recommend this apartment , it is a lovely place stay. It is very clean and in an excellent location to explore Perth and surrounding suburbs. There are 2 great cafes that are on the ground floor of the building. It is easy to walk to Perth, Northbridge and East Perth, plus it is easy to access the freeway to drive north or south or to the airport. Bridget who is one of the staff looking after the apartment is also extremely helpful and quickly responds to all inquiries.
