"Freida is a friendly and kind host, making our stay at this homestay a wonderful experience. This place offers great privacy and is perfect for a group of 8 family members or friends who want to 'recharge' and find peace. We had a wonderful and relaxing time and really 'recharged' our energy. My family and friend also enjoyed the walks and sightseeing around the gatehouse. "Lovely 3 day stay to celebrate my birthday. The Sanctuary truly lived up to its name and allowed us to explore Fremantle - particularly South Fremantle - at our leisure. Such a treat for us to walk everywhere and enjoy the cafes, restaurants and interesting shops of Freo, whilst having the beautiful and very comfortable Sanctuary to return to. We'll be back!"

"Another few weeks passed at The Seagate Beach Retreat. Great location-only a short walk to the beach, cafe or pizza parlor. awesome hosts- a great home away from home, caters to your fur baby too. Will always look back fondly at our time here."

"Great little hidden gem. Very tranquil and picturesque. The local wildlife and hosts were both very friendly. The host was informative as to what activities and places were in the area. The shuttle bus from the pub was very convenient and friendly. Will be back "
