A beautiful cottage set in the grounds of a 17th Century Manor house with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. The extensive grounds back onto the River Avon and include a Tennis/Basketball court and children's play area. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a super king size bed and the other a double bed- and there is space for mattresses on the floor if required. There is a separate living area with pool table; a full kitchen and laundry; a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Great short stay
Fabulous property in a great location and within lovely grounds .
The property has everything you need and more, was beautifully clean and was generous in size.
The gardens and grounds are fantastic and ideal for a stay with dogs . The pool table and tennis court are a real bonus and access to the river is great .
The hosts were always quick to reply .
All in all a fantastic place to stay in a lovely part of the world .
