Located on canal, quiet paradise, for 9-10 guests

A Beach house located at the end of a cul-de-sac with canals on 2 sides, and 4 boat docks used to park your boat after a long enjoyable day on the Gulf. Includes an ice machine, grill/smoker, picnic table, ceiling fans in the crab house. Public boat ramp is available. Lots of areas for sunbathing, watching the sun rise and set or reading a good book. It is a very quiet paradise. Great for boating, fishing, scalloping, kayaking or simply relaxing.
** At low tide, depth of the canal is estimated at 2-3 feet
** At high tide, depth of the canal is estimated at 4-5 feet
There is muck at the bottom of the canal. A 21 ft. V boat should safely navigate the canal; however, extra caution should be taken at play during low tide.

Perfect getaway
Older beautiful place. We would stay again! Had enough room for a two 22 ft boats, 17 ft skiff and a 20 ft pontoon with extra docking. Can catch bait fish from the dock. Enough ice to keep up with the four boats. Great hang out area out of the weather. Only flaw is antenna only tv and no full size oven. Toaster oven is available. Check In was super easy!

Scalloping getaway
Rustic but homey house on a large piece of land with plenty of dock space for our two boats. Lots of parking for cars and trailers. House has newer mini split AC systems which kept the rooms nice and cool in the hot Summer sun. No oven in the kitchen, but gas stove to cook on. Large charcoal grill available and an ice maker which was awesome for icing down the boat before heading out for a day of fishing and scalloping. Hose bibs on the dock made it easy to wash down the boats. Some parts of the house need some maintenance attention, but an overall great campy place to base your next fishing trip to the gulf.
