"This is a very well-stocked and comfortable place to stay, and the owner does a fantastic job of communicating and answering questions. My only critique is that it would be nice to have more than one key and fob so that we could leave the building in separate groups without worrying about how to get back in. Also, a remote for the garage door opener would be highly convenient but isn't strictly necessary. "

"Our stay was great. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We stayed overnight, and didn’t use all amenities but they were as listed. I would recommend that the patio window be cleaned a bit as it was cloudy. It would have been nice to look outside because the view was calming. Overall a very nice stay."

"We were here to help our daughter move. The apartment is in the same complex which was very helpful. There is plenty to do if here for vacation. The two state parks we went to were fairly close and nice. There are many stores, a mall, and plenty of restaurants within a ten minute drive. Des Moines is 20-30 minutes."

"This house is spacious, immaculate and seemingly brand new. It was the perfect space for our seven older adults but would be great for families with children as well. Everything you need is in both the kitchen and bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable with soft, luxurious linens. Plenty of very nice pillows. Towels are thick and fluffy. Close proximity to Polk City, Ankeny, and Des Moines, in a quiet family neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!"
