Sehr geräumiges, sauberes und freundlich eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement in hervorragender Lage. Kurzer privater Fußweg zum Strand sowie zum Zöllnerweg. Geniale Aussicht zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit. Die bei Buchung angekündigten Bauarbeiten im Treppenhaus haben zu keinem Zeitpunkt beeinträchtigt. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt!

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattetnd und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Sie liegt einfach phantastisch direkt am Strand mit einem tollen Blick über die Bucht hinaus auf das Meer. Der Wanderweg GR34 führt direkt am Haus vorbei durch die wunderschöne rosa Granitküste. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Allerbeste Lage
Bis auf den Flur des von aussen sehr schönen Hauses, ist wirklich alles wunderbar und läßt diesen einzigen Makel vergessen. Trotz des Oktobers sind wir jeden Tag "vor der Haustür" schwimmen gegangen und haben es genossen!! Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt und die Aussicht allerbest. Die Wohnung wurde dekorativ eingerichtet, die Küche ist funktionell. Geschlafen haben wir auf guten Betten, mit einem angenehmen Rauschen, des Meeres wunderbar. Die Gegend lohnt den Besuch sehr und wir waren nach einer Woche allerbestens erholt.

Très belle location avec une vue extraordinaire dont on se lasse pas. L'appartement est très propre, tres fonctionnel et il ne manque rien en termes d'équipement. Le propriétaire est très disponible pour répondre aux éventuelles questions et donner des conseils.

Superbe week-end !
Nous avons passé un superbe week-end à Perros-Guirec. L’appartement est très agréable, confortable, avec une vue magnifique sur la plage et un emplacement idéal, au pied du GR 34 qui nous amène directement au phare de Ploumanac’h… tout simplement magnifique moment en famille !

Parfait pour découvrir la côte et profiter de la plage
Nous ne connaissions pas du tout la côte de granit rose et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le sentier douanier au pied de la résidence. La propreté est vraiment soignée, digne d'un hôtel (même les enfants l'ont remarquée) ! Et quelle vue ! Un vrai tableau vivant dans le quel tous les personnages sont très affairés, Idéal pour profiter de la rando et de la plage, aucun compormis à faire...

Perfect place and appartment to spend even more than 7 days!
Everything in the appartment was well organised, practical and clean. The only exception was the washing-machine, because it hadn't been used for a long-time (we had to clean it and "desinfect" it before using it, but after that it was fine). The host was very helpful and friendly, the email exchange and contacts always direct and friendly. The appartment is located on the 4th floor and the view to the beach is breathtaking! During the night you can hear the sound of the ocean direct in all rooms...! Even at rainy days (2 out 7 in our vacation-period) the appartment was very cosy and well equipped for such "hard-days" ;-). The description of the rooms and equippment fits 100% the reality in the appartment. We had a magnificent week in the appartment and Perros! We will definetely return to the town and appertment! Thanks a lot f

Superbe appartement aménagé avec goût. Séjour de rêve sous un radieux soleil breton. A faire absolument : la sortie en mer pour voir les macareux et les fous de bassan (l'embarcadère est au pied de la résidence).

Une belle adresse face à la mer
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un appartement bien équipé et en bon état, très lumineux, agréable et surtout avec une vue magnifique sur la plage de Trestraou. L'accès direct à la plage (en bas des marches) est un atout indéniable, particulièrement apprécié des enfants. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part de Jean-Claude avec qui la communication est très facile. Nous gardons l'adresse pour notre prochain séjour à Perros- Guirec

Sehr empfehlenswert / hautement recommandé
Das La Roseraie bietet durch seine Lage eine sehr gute Aussicht über den Strand von Perros-Guirec. Unter allen Appartments in diesem Haus hat dasjenige der Familie BEATRIX aber wahrscheinlich den allerbesten Ausblick, u.a. nach drei Seiten. Das Appartement ist groß und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die letzte Renovierung liegt wohl erst ein Jahr zurück. Die Spiegel neben den Fenstern (und rechtwinklig zu diesen montiert) erzeugen den Eindruck, man würde noch einmal viel mehr sehen. Außerhalb der Hauptsaison haben auch kurz entschlossene eine Chance, dieses tolle Appartement zu buchen. De par sa situation, La Roseraie offre une très belle vue sur la plage de Perros-Guirec. De tous les appartements de cette maison, celui de la famille BEATRIX a probablement la plus belle vue, y compris sur trois côtés. L'appartement est grand et décoré avec goût. La dernière rénovation date probablement d'il y a un an. Les miroirs à côté des fenêtres (et montés perpendiculairement à celles-ci) donnent l'impression que vous pouvez en voir beaucoup plus. En dehors de la haute saison, même les voyageurs de dernière minute ont la possibilité de réserver ce superbe appartement.
