"This place was very compact, but it boasts lots of room indoors for 7 adults and 4 children. The clincher making this property so appealing is the outside. It had a wrap around deck on top and bottom, a wood fire pit, a propane fire, a bar with a big television and plenty of seating, a grill, and a hot tub, lots of yard space, a boat dock, and a slide…what a wonderful place for family to enjoy the lake. "The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space."
