"We were driving from Bordeaux to Frankfurt and chose this hotel from Expedia’s site on a Friday because it had onsite parking and a restaurant. After checking in the receptionist told us (a) the hotel’s parking area was not safe so we should not leave any bags in the car and (b) the restaurant was closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday ! We couldn’t get a refund but we found another hotel a few kms away with a secure parking lot and two restaurants, so we relocated. "

"This house although not in the middle of a tourist centre is absolutely fabulous, bright and airy with plenty of space to enjoy the table football, mini snooker and we saw a table tennis table hiding in the garage waiting for outside weather I guess!
