Comfortable stay, clean rooms, good location
Had a good stay, clean rooms, showers and kitchen. The room was just a bit hot, and the window does not open really far. That's about the only annoying thing about the accomodation.

Safe secure easy for one night
Room was clean and comfortable. The supermarket downstairs was perfectly situated. The room was hot, and too noisy with the window open, though with it shut there was no road noise. Sadly the noise came from inside. The students who live there were not considerate.

No heaters working. Very cold room. I went there 3 times at different dates and i NEVER had the heater working ! Really desappointed... They are cheap but it is not decent to cut the heater to reduce fees...

All you need
Great secure comfort for my daughter and granddaughter whilst having work done on her flat. Even had use of a washing machine! Highly recommend quality value and location

Mauvaise surprise on avait réservé un lit double et on se retrouve dans une chambre avec 2 lits simple ! Et une odeur de cuisine tres persistante coté cuisine ! Malgré aeration de l'ensemble ! Et la vue de la chambre sur les tuyaux etait moyenne !

si Vous cherchez un hôtel fuyez car ce n’en est pas un!
J’ai réservé 2 nuits pour une formation, j’étais seule. je n’ai pas eu de contact de l’hébergeur avant mon arrivée. La résidence se trouve sur le parking de liddl et héberge sur du long terme des personnes en situation précaire. (J’ai vu surtout des hommes qui buvaient et fumaient sur le palier) Ne me sentant pas en sécurité je suis repartie avec ma valise louer une chambre ailleurs. Bien sûr non remboursée ! C’est honteux de se référencer dans la catégorie hôtel /apparthotel alors que très peu de voyageurs sont là pour la nuit. D’autres personnes qui venaient ici pour des formations à Perpignan n’y viennent plus pour les mêmes raisons!
