A couple of friendly cows add to the picture and do not disturb the tranquility of the place. "The property is obviously taken care of with love and is in a charming little town=5 stars Too bad the owner is not amenable. She wants to be physically present for entrance and exit (despite that I tried to explain to her that picking up and depositing keys in a lockbox is the norm) , so you have to plan your arrival ... according to HER schedule = 2 stars."

We had no concerns at all -- everything about the property was exactly as described. The remoteness is part of the appeal -- though it does mean that it's not easy to pop out to a shop for something you might have missed/forgotten. With good planning, it's a really appealing place."
