"This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. Maria in the main restaurant was just so amazing. Fabio from the animation team has an amazing team for the entertainment! Marina Hristiana Mo George all from the bar and restaurant were just so kind and very helpful. Don’t change you have it all spot on!"

"I don’t often do reviews but with all the negative ones I read I felt I should as everyone has a different experience. Contrary to other comments the front desk staff were very helpful and kind. "They say you get what you pay for. This was true. Whilst we had a lovely time I would certainly find it hard to recommend anyone going here. The rooms were not clean on arrival nor were they cleaned properly during our stay. When it came to the all inclusive element well don't ask for rose as they will try and papk you off with red and white mixed. Whilst we got our rose in the end this involved complaining constantly."
