"Al hacer la reserva con Hotels e imediatamente de haber pagado con mi tarjeta, me di cuenta que me habían cargado $ 16 por concepto de seguro el cual no lo había solicitado. He reclamado la devolución pero no he tenido respuesta de Uds. de hecho estoy evaluando no utilizar más sus servicios de Hotels.com "

"We stayed 4 nights in the hotel. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were also clean and modern. We had the option of keeping the same towels for the length of our stay, which we did.The breakfast buffet had both hot and cold food with plenty of choice, along with cereals, yogurt and fresh fruit. The cafeteria had the same menu all the time we were there, and you couldn't ask for anything that was not on the menu e.g toast. The hotel is well situated for visiting many places along the coast and inland."

"front desk staff is friendly and supportive. They have swimming pool which is nice. Car park is safe and easy to find. The only dislike point is our room is quite near to other one , you can listen the flowing water sound in next rom when they wash face and walking sound in another room."
