"This house is on the far north side of town off a gravel road in the country. It’s very quiet and peaceful! It’s located near two other houses that have goats, roosters and a couple friendly dogs. While it felt clean, it was really hard to know since it is FULL of antique furniture, vintage decor, and it’s clearly an older cottage. "We stayed at the barn while visiting family in Perkins for Thanksgiving. The property was exactly as described. Very clean and welcoming. The location was perfect for us. Kessie the property manager was very helpful and available. We will be back!"
