Perfect Stay in Perigueux
We picked Claire’s house because of its proximity to the train station which we planned to use frequently. Could not be a better location as the house is literally 3 minutes from the station. Centre Ville is a pleasant walk through three plazas, and voila you are smack in the center of town. The old cite is just across the street from centre ville. We found everything easy to reach, and enjoyed the walking. The house itself is lovely, and we loved thé terrasse which is where we spent almost every evening sipping a glass of wine and watching the swifts. Claire was delightful to deal with, and could not have been a better or more responsive owner. It was a really delightful stay in the house and Perigueux.

Perigueux Loft house
The property was well equipped and spacious will all the facilities that you would expect from a good quality holiday home. The roof terrace was very welcoming and restful when the sun was shining. It is a short walk from the train station with good connections to Bordeaux and surrounding areas. The center of Perigueux was about one mile and there were plenty of quality shops , restaurants and coffee bars. Claire was an excellent host with good communications when necessary, All in all a recommended venue from which to explore the region. Ray Whalley

Un agréable sejour
Très bon sejour dans la jolie maison de Claire. C'est une maison qui a beaucoup de charme par sa decoration, son confort. L'espace a été tres bien exploité. Propreté impeccable. Beaucoup de petites attentions comme les lits (tres confortables ) faits en arrivant. La grande terrasse avec des transats... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location.

Maison de ville cosy avec jolie terrasse
Un logement propre et agréable à vivre. Petit bémol pour des couples de retraités, l'organisation de l'étage est un peu délicat pour l'intimité, peut-être prévoir des portes entre les chambres et la salle d'eau. Le lit du bas est un peu fatigué. Mais ces remarques ne nous ont pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour en profitant de la terrasse pour les soirées, après avoir bien découvert les environs de Périgueux.

Un très beau séjour.
Je recommanderai sans aucune restriction cette maison. Elle est vraiment bien agencée et d'une propreté exemplaire. Elle se situe dans la quartier St. Martin c'est-à-dire très légèrement en retrait du centre. Mais il ne faudra que 10 minutes à pied pour y accéder. L'environnement est d'un calme absolu. On profite de la télévision payante (Canal +). La connection Wifi est haut débit. La literie est parfaite. Cuisine et salle de bain sont modernes et fonctionnelles. La terrasse accessible au premier étage est agréable pour prendre un petit apéro au calme. Merci à la propriétaire pour les contacts faciles et rapides.

Sehr schöne 1. Etappe unseres Urlaubs
Périgueux und das wunderschöne Appartement haben gehalten, was wir uns davon versprochen haben. Das Feriendomizil ist ein architektonisches Juwel und sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Modern-gemütliche Ausstatttung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Selbst auf der Dachterrasse funktioniert das W-lan tadellos. Ein angenehmer Spaziergang führt in ca. 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt mit guter Auswahl. Parkplätze in den Straßen sind etwas rar, aber wir haben schließlich immer einen gefunden. Merci beaucoup à Claire, die ein wunderschönes Domizil für Urlauber wie uns geschaffen hat!

Wunderschönes Loft in Périgueux
Tolle Lage, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und trotzdem ist das Haus sehr ruhig. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Große Zimmer und sehr gute Einrichtung. Die Abwicklung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereich. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gern wieder! Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön und gut ausgestattet. Herzlichen Dank und beste Grüße an Claire - für uns war alles perfekt - salut bis zum nächten Mal

Agradable estancia en vivienda original y cuidada
La vivienda está muy bien concebida. Es original, cómoda y la encontramos muy limpia. La propietaria estuvo pendiente de nosotros desde antes de llegar y mostró una extraordinaria amabilidad y disposición al atendernos. Ha sido una buena base de operaciones para hacer excursiones por la zona. Hicimos muy buena elección.

Ruim appartement als uitvalbasis Dordogne
Heel geschikt huis aan de rand van de stad op enkele minuten lopen. Op steenworp afstand van het station voor een dagtrip naar Bordeaux. Goed uitgeruste keuken en daktrrras voor middag en avond. Fijne tijd gehad in dit huis.

Ce loft donne une impression d'espace avec son plafond haut et les velux qui donnent suffisamment de lumière si bien que l'on n'éprouve pas le besoin d'avoir une vue sur l'extérieur .La saison ne nous a pas donné la possibilité de profiter de la terrasse qui doit être agréable l'été Très bon séjour qui nous donnera un très bon souvenir. Sehr schöne Wohnung, die Dachterrasse war ein Gewinn
Eine sehr nette Vermieterin, alles hat super funktioniert. Neue, sehr schöne und stylische Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die malerische Innenstadt. Parkplätze immer verfügbar auf der Straße. Tolle Ausstattung mit neuen Geräten. Und eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse für laue Abende. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren öfters Zuhause und haben gekocht als gedacht. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!
