Gerne wieder
Wir haben in der Unterkunft 3 wunderbare Wochen Urlaub genossen und können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Der Vermieter ist immer wieder mal auf dem Grundstück und kümmert sich um die Bäume oder den Pool. Wer sich da etwas „großzügiger“ Sonnen möchte sollte das auf jeden Fall beachten. Der Weg ist aus unserer Erfahrung typisch für Häuser abseits von Orten und in den Bergen der Toskana. Ich bin aber auch mit einem BMW M440i gut angekommen und der hat nicht die meiste Bodenfreiheit.

Das Grundstück ist ein Traum!
Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Internet innen sehr gut, außen ausreichend. Der Weg etwas schwierig,mit unserem Touran aber gut befahrbar. Der Vermieter hat ihn für uns geebnet. Bei Bedarf konnten wir uns immer an ihn wenden. Er kam öfters z. Gießen. Haben uns dann immer gefreut über sein Gemüse, Wein & Olivenöl! Er spricht nur italienisch, sein Sohn englisch. Beide sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine Reifenpanne, es wurde uns schnell&unkompliziert geholfen, dafür sind wir unendlich dankbar

la pace assoluta
abbiamo alloggiato di recente per una settimana e devo dire che e' stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. La casa e' in mezzo agli ulivi dove regna una pace stupenda , i proprietari gentilissimi ed ospitali . Nulla da dire se non consigliare a tutti di alloggiare presso questa bellissima villa. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente grazie anche alla gentilezza del proprietario che e' stato davvero super disponibile .

Erholung und Ruhe mitten in der Natur
Obwohl wir 2 Stunden vor der vereinbarten Anreisezeit ankamen wurden wir herzlich mit einer Flasche Wein empfangen. Das Haus ist sauber und geräumig und die Außenanlagen herrlich weitläufig. Man findet hier Ruhe und Erholung in dieser Alleinlage und das gesamte Grundstück duftet nach den wild wachsenden Kräutern. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und um das Wohl seiner Gäste stets bemüht ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Für die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft ist es ratsam ein SUV zu haben. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Super Urlaub
Wir haben Ende August zwei super Wochen verbracht. Die Lage ist toll, einzig der Zufahrtsweg ist etwas beschwerlich und wirklich nur mit SUV zu empfehlen. Kleine Schwächen gab es bei der Sauberkeit der Terrasse und den Terrassenmöbel.

Grossartige Erholung
Großartiger Urlaub, die Besitzer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wie schon erwähnt, ist die Zufahrt zum Haus nicht so einfach, schmale Straße, Schlaglöcher. Für Ruhesuchende ideal, da rundherum Wald und Wiesen vorhanden.

Urlaubsunterkunft für Menschen die Ruhe suchen
Großzügige Raumaufteilung, Mobiliar älteren Datums. Anzahl Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser könnte erhöht werden, damit die Spülmaschine nicht täglich angestellt werden muss. Jetzt im April war die Unterkunft in den Abendstunden recht kühl. Der Weg zum Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung angegeben ein Schotterweg mit teilweise großer Steigung, den man nur mit dem passenden Auto befahren kann. Auf dem großzügigen Gelände ist man ganz für sich, ideal für Menschen die Erholung suchen. Ideal für Wanderer.

entzückendes Traumhaus mitten in der Natur
Das Haus befindet sich nach einer 1,8 km langen Schotterstraße und ist das letzte Haus. Für die Schotterstraße ist ein SUV zu empfehlen (Schlaglöcher). Man kann durchaus die Straße hinunter zum Ort spazieren und dort sehr gut essen (Hinweg ca. 15 Min, Rückweg ca. 20 Min). Das Haus samt Garten wird liebevoll gepflegt und ist rustikal gehalten. Küche ist entsprechend ausgestattet und auch ein großer Griller ist vorhanden (Holz oder Kohle). Die Besitzer sind äußerst zuvorkommend und haben eine defekt gewordenen Glühbirne sofort ausgetauscht. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist hier genau an der richtigen Adresse. Dieses Haus ist ein Kleinod mitten in der Toskana.
