"Nice friendly staff. unfortunately our room did not have A/C, And the bathroom door was just to old so there was lot's of water on the floor every time after taking a shower..And they plenty of vacant rooms and the girl at the front desk did not want to give us one. "

"The place was great! Super convenient, and they allowed me to check-in a bit early. The room was immaculate, but it showed a bit of age. The bed was one of the most comfortable mattresses I have slept on in Colombia. The curtains were amazing at blocking out the sun, and it is very sound proof. In the end, I highly recommend this place for the location, comfort, and price."

"The hotel was beautiful and the hospitality/service was excellent. The only problem I had was the shower water was not strong and the shape of the Jacuzzi made it difficult to shower."

"We had a wonderful time and aside from the haute-cuisine quality, Nora and Jorn's warmth make you ponder when the next visit will be. Our door knob broke just before we arrived, but as our visit took place on a holiday, we're sure that that minor issue has been taken care of. We'll go back to El Lugar Nórdico. We loved the place, its cleanliness and how we were able to rest and forget about city noises, work, or even television (we didn't bother)."
