"Nice appartement. Everything is new and clean . Every room have his own clima . Kitchen has everything what you need to cook meals and make coffee & tea. Location of the appartement is quiet and has a nice view. Giovanni is a super guy gives you tips is super friendly and if you need anything he’s for you there 24/7 . Thank you so much for everything. "Pro: Beautiful view of the sea. Breathtaking! Contact with the owner was very nice They go the extra mile in Customer Service! Super quiet and relaxing Con : The Road is Not easy and it was Not easy to find the first time It is increadibly hot! No AC!! In August I would not go there again. Everything is far away. "

"We stayed 1 week in the cosy bungalow in Cardedu. Very little turisty, which was a nice experience! Enjoyed the peace and quietness, and the 3 little dogs, who came to visit us almost every day. They where very well manered and didn't try to walk in the house. Recommend drivning to the beautiful city of Baunei, from where you can walk to Cala Goloritze. Can definetely Recommend a stay here, and the owner Luca, was very kind and helpful and treated us with tomatoes, aubergine, figs and grapes...

"Alles hat gut geklappt, auch der sehr späte Checkin. Die gegend eignet sich sehr gut um die Ostküste in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem ausgerüstet was man braucht. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt."

"The apartment is great with air condition, fully equipped, a very nice terrace with a roof and a huge second terrace just over the street with a clean and nice pool. It’s situated outside of the village, so no nightlife or restaurants near. If you go out, there has to be a driver. Great for many but not for everyone. "

"A perfect stay in a clean, modern, air-conditioned apartment with a lovely, clean pool. We were warmly welcome by a helpful owner with his friendly English translator. Beautiful, rural location, but you will need a car to reach the Foxi Manna beach and local facilities, both of which are only a few minutes away. Highly recommended for a relaxing family/couple getaway in a peaceful, gated location (super safe for kids) with an easy access to a beautiful sandy beach."

"Wir waren Ende Mai / Anfang Juni in dem Apartment von Marco. Von Anfang bis Ende waren wir mit der Kommunikation mit Marco vollstens zufrieden. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig, in der Nähe des Strandes. Man hat einen großem Garten und eine überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattete Küche. Sowie eine große Terasse. Uns hat nichts gefehlt und wir können diese Unterkunft, sowie Marco als Vermieter von Herzen empfehlen. Grazie Mille Marco!"

"L’appartamento di Patrizia è piccolo ma funzionale per un soggiorno di coppia. Si trova a pochi passi dalla piazza del paese e dai principali market. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare e sono presenti un divano e un televisore un po’ datato (prendeva solo un canale). Non ci sono condizionatori ma è presente un ventilatore. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole."

"The appartment is really big and well equipped with everything you need. The view is very nice and the environment is calm. The location is very well connected so you can easily explore this part of the island. The owner is very nice and the communication was really helpful to understand the appartment and especially the garbage collection requirements :-) Thank you very much.
