"Amazing small hotel great that it has additional indoors pool included in the proce of the room helps when the weather is not great as the outdoor pool is not heated. Great room even small one is including balcony and is quite spacious. Only improvement I would suggest is more choices in the restaurant as after 2 days of lunch and dinner you might feel like you tried everything. Pool menu is a nice alternative as you can order just a small sandwich btw amazing focaccia with mozzarella 😍"

"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed in the Spade room and it was so cute. We loved the decorations and the look of the room. We were greeted with a friendly, smiling face when we arrived and immediately led to our room. The view on the property is gorgeous, and we loved the friendly cats that hang around outside! The breakfast in the morning was good too. Loved our stay and definitely recommend!"

"What I liked most was the superb view and the friendliness of the staff. Rooms are quite big and air conditioning allows you to warm it up in case it gets cold. Location is only 5 minutes drive from Amelia town. The restaurant in there is at the moment closed, anyway the host was also very kind on suggesting another very good restaurant in Amelia."

"Posto incantevole in mezzo alla natura ma allo stesso tempo in una zona centrale da cui abbiamo potuto raggiungere agevolmente moltissime città e punti di interesse. Abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie con 2 e 3 figli e gli appartamenti modulabili hanno consentito sia la privacy per ogni nucleo famigliare sia la condivisione degli spazi grazie ad una porta, che all'occorrenza si poteva aprire mettendo in comunicazione i due appartamenti. "We had a wonderful time staying at Maria Rosa’s as a family of 6 with 4 kids 11 & younger. It was a great price & had everything we needed for a week long stay. It was a nice place to use as a home base for exploring the area of Umbria (Don’t miss Assisi! It is amazing!) There was a well loved pool table & foosball table that our kids greatly enjoyed. We were able to cook with all the pots & pans we needed & the water was hot for showers. Keep in mind you definitely need a car & this is a well...
