"They checked me in to a room without even make sure it was functional . Bathroom flush handle was broken , no towels , extremely dirty door and sheets . They were dusty and brown No hot water . They later switched my room but again it was equally dirty , I was told to run 2 big buckets of water before you get hot water . Still no hot water in am . Staff are clueless . Not worth the money and not a good location . Grand Raya is much better than this place . No kettle or supplies for coffee or tea in the room "
