"The property itself is excellent with clean, updated rooms including comfortable beds, a kitchen area, a good shower and a small outdoor patio. Access is all provided through codes sent via email. This all worked fine, but we stayed two days and never saw a person on the staff. I don’t know how any type of problem would have been handled. The biggest concern was parking. "reception was extremely helpful and cheerful, during check in procedure and whenever i pass by. Big cheer to that. Appreciate the lounge area at level H, spotless and comfortable. Room was everything as described. The only complaint i have during my stay was the shower drainage - it gets really slow and the water overflows out to the bathroom floor within 5 minutes!
