"The hotel was modern and in good condition, the staff were cheerful and very helpful. The room was spacious with amenities and a very nice view as we were on the 30th floor. Overall a great stay"

"Staff very friendly got a complimentary room upgrade as we were celebrating daughters birthday and wedding anniversary. Our room main bedroom the blind in shower very dirty looked mouldy I used a towel to clean and saw that it was easy to clear housekeeping definitely dropped the ball with that. Ordered drinks at the pool. It took forever to get the drinks we were only two families at pool so not sure why it took them so long to deliver drinks"

"I can’t speak highly enough of the shangri la . I would give it 10 stars if I could . The rooms are lovely , very spacious, bed was a bit hard for me though! The staff are marvellous. The resort is just stunning . Food options are good . Just loved our holiday . "
