Waters Edge

Waters Edge is a custom house built specifically for entertaining guests for a truly memorable vacation with family or friends.
The house is a open floor plan that flows from the beautiful interior to the amazing exterior and surrounding waterfront.
I created this home for a truly wonderful guest experience. This home is what I have learned during the last 10 years with owning 3 other vacation rentals and managing other properties and I placed it all into this magnificent home.
The home consists of 5,000 sqft of interior space and 1200 sqft of cover porch space along with 800 sqft of sun deck area with a heated pool, plus 1200 sqft of brick patio with a hot tub.

Pool is normally opened mid May and closes in September, all depends on the weather.
Hot Tub is open year round.

*** Listing price is for 8 guests in 4 of the bedrooms. These bedrooms include: First Floor Master, Two Basement Bedrooms and The Loft Bedroom.

There’s an additional fee of $1000 during peak season while the pool is open and $600 in off season when pool is closed. If you choose to have all 7 bedrooms and want to bring more than 8 guests, which brings your total guest amount to 16. The house and property is designed for a maximum occupancy of 16 including any guests that you may have stop over during the day.
Please let me know if you need all 7 bedrooms even if you only have 8 guests. So an additional payment request can be taken care of through the site.

Watersedge is a definite return to property
Jaw dropping amazing. Brian is the best host. Property is outfitted to meet all of your needs, even the ones you didn't think of. From the pool table, hot tub, and the variety of rooms to choose from. Well worth checking out if you are looking for a fun, restful place to stay fit a long weekend.

Perfect Friend Getaway!
Waters Edge was the perfect house for our friends getaway! Very comfortable for 7 couples. The dual range, dual dishwasher, extra large refrigerator, and large ice maker made cooking large meals a much easier task! Brian was a great communicator and very nice. Hope to stay again!

Perfect for a group stay!
Brian’s property is an amazing stay and we couldn’t recommend it enough. We had a group of 13 and we were all extremely comfortable. The house has everything you’d need and Brian was super helpful and very responsive, and even dropped a bottle of champagne the day after our wedding - such a great experience!

Wonderful stay!
We rented Brian’s house for a friends trip and it did not disappoint! The kids had a blast in the pool and on the swing set. The adults took to the lower level to enjoy the pool table and hot tub once the littles went to bed. It was the perfect set up for us and we hope to return soon! Thank you again Brian

Reunion Perfection
My wedding party reunited after 40 years of absence at this house. The place was PERFECT. Clean, neat, perfectly equipped, elegant in design and execution, high quality appliances and materials throughout. There were beautiful views of the River/Lake right out back and a large yard with sports equipment and room for all kinds of activities. Lancaster area has plenty to do around the area and gorgeous. Brian was extremely accommodating and helpful at every turn. Perfect host We could NOT have rented a better location. We'll be back.

Great Stay
This was the second year our group stayed here. The newly added bathroom made the stay so much better. Everything about this house is great. The owner always goes over and above to make our stay as perfect as possible. He went out of his way to make additional ramps to make it easier to get my son who is in a wheelchair in and out of the house. Thank you Brian!

Hey Folks , Once again we had a great stay , The owner allowed us to bring our green egg grill along , which we greatly appreciated , The owner has a large gas grill on-site on the deck , but we like to use the charcoal for smoking our meat , This is our second year here with my employee's and there is always plenty to do , Great , Clean , Quite location ,The owner is great to work with and flexible , We look forward to booking this place again next year Wish everyone God's Love , Wagontown Exteriors LLC

Incredible stay for large groups
This house is full of all sorts of amenities that really set it apart. The industrial fridge, grill, and massive table make it a breeze to cook for large groups and eat as a family. Brian was also very helpful and friendly, and let us know of a nearby kayak rental company so we could enjoy the nice weather by paddling out on the river.

This was a great place to stay. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Generous amount of paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Volleyball net and swing set was appreciated. Quite spacious for the 14 of us. Pictures online do not show how fabulous this place is. Overall, very enjoyable.

Amazing House!
We had a wonderful time! The house fit our needs perfectly! We had so much space to spend time together. We loved sitting at one large table for meals. You could drive to lots of attractions within 30 minutes or there was plenty to do at the house itself. We’ll be back again next year!
