"Before we arrived, James sent a list of local attractions, restaurants, hikes and other helpful establishments. He greeted us at the door right on time after coordinating via text (the app is not the most timely method). He spent some time introducing us to the house and its history. The home is beautiful and a great location for outdoor fun. He had everything you needed in the house and then some, especially in the kitchen. My only complaints (which are minor) are that the bunk bed is a little...

"The house was absolutely gorgeous and spotless upon arrival, comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 kids from 1y-7y. House has everything you need for your stay, we were so appreciative Theresa put up a baby gate, pack n play, booster seats and children’s dishes for us. We loved the coffee station. House is in a beautiful setting and close to farms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Place was pristine, great location on the lake. Beautiful scenery with the mountains, used the kayaks to get around the lake and catch some fish! My son and i caught pickerel, perch, bass, crappies, and pumkinseeds. Quick drive from Boston @ a little over a hour."

"Everything about this property was beautiful. The home itself being located right on the water was perfect for kayaking, fishing, evenings by the fire, relaxing and reconnecting. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and had everything you might need/want. We enjoyed the game room - jenga and family air hockey tournaments. "Clean & quiet. Slept well. Lots of restaurants within close proximity. Only 30mins away from southern new hampshire university. Breakfast option is limited but okay. (Toast, waffles, eggs, pork sausage, fruits, tea & coffee.) All worth the reasonable price paid. "
