"This batch is very cute and homey. They had a good amount of beds to accommodate everyone. Whilst the place may look small, I assure you that it felt anything but that. The amazing view and direct connection to the sand dunes, river, and beach, were amazing. A few things to mention though is that the front yard from the road is a bit unkept and the key box was a bit of a search to find, but other than these small issues everything was great. "Family stayed here for three nights 29 Aug - 3 Sept. Was perfect for family with young children. Very comfortable with everything you would need in a well equipped kitchen and cosy relaxed furnishings throughout. Beds were great. Was convenient to all amenities we needed in a great area. Would definitely stay again if required. All communications with owner were timely and accommodating :) Many thanks."

"Beautiful scenery over to the Waikato hills. Alpacas on the doorstep greeting you among the other animals on the property. The owner was accommodating, very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay as fantastic as possible. He gave awesome tips about places to visit including the Nikau cave! The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and everything you could need was made available. I Would 100% recommend staying here and would love to again in the future."
