"I remember having a rocky start with Avantstay when I was originally booking this house months ago. But I guess I don't hold a grudge because I forgot what the problem was. I thought check-in and check out was excellent/so easy. We were not given a long list of check out chores. And I really loved that I could send a text with questions any time during our stay. "Really enjoyed the duplex effect; two kitchens, two dining rooms, two entertainment sections, plus all the bedrooms were adequate and provided some privacy. One unit was air conditioned, one was not, but the lower levels remained cool, and the upper bedroom in the non air conditioned unit had its own cooler and the temperature was always perfect."

The bathroom situation is a little funky, but was not problem for our group. The location is primo!!
