Also from the property, is a lovely cliff path walk to the beautiful secluded Cot Valley beach (0.75 miles). Nearby, explore St Just, a historic and atmospheric Cornish town situated at the most western end of Great Britain. The area is perfect for bird watching, dark sky watching, photography, and immersing in Cornwall’s rich history and natural beauty. Within easy reach is the Minack Theatre at Lamorna which has an outdoor theatre built in to the cliffs. There is an open top bus from St Just that circumnavigates West Penwith. Catch it to St Ives along one of the most beautiful clifftop roads in the country, and have lunch overlooking the picture perfect harbour, or drop off at Penzance and wander over to St Michaels Mount at low tide.
West Penwith is also home to many ancient sites, some 3000 BC. Within 5 miles there are Men an Tol, Lanyon Quoit, Tregeseal stone circle, and the Merry Maidens stone circle. And just a short walk from Peace and Plenty on the cliffs there is Bollowall Barrow, a unique bronze age site.
