Garden: Terraced garden behind the property, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue.
Parking: Two reserved parking spaces in private car park.
Pets:  Maximum one. £25 per week - we will contact you separately for payment.
Family facilities: Cot, highchair, stairgate. Please bring your own cot bedding.
General: WiFi provided, electric heating and heated towel rail in bathroom.
Changeover:  Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
