Enjoy your stay at a newly renovated cottage in the heart of Pentwater. Located across the street from Pentwater Lake and only a 15 minute walk to Mears State Park on Lake Michigan. Nice big corner lot with a fire pit. Room for two families as it sleeps 14 comfortably!
Available to rent for major summer holidays: Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July week, and Labor Day weekend, plus more!
Enjoy a quiet winter getaway for half the price of the peak summer season.

Great home in the best MI town
Very nice place for a big group. Can easily walk to town, beach is a decent walk but not bad.

Wonderful location, nicely updated
The location is great and everything is new and nice. The screened in porch is a must and a great yard space. One thing I would say is being a location that sleeps 12-14(?) there were maybe two extra rolls of toilet paper, a small dishwasher, a tiny coffee maker and four coffee cups. The house is nice, just some amenities didn't exactly line up with the number of guests it accommodates.

Great place to stay!
We SO enjoyed this cottage. It was very clean and well equipped, you could tell the owners put a great deal of effort to make it lovely. We walked two blocks to town daily The kids enjoyed riding long boards to the beach. Grateful for an easy check in and the kind host. The screened in back porch was large and a wonderful spot to hang and eat our meals. The marina, one block away, was full a beautiful boats and easy boat rental. There is a small, very nice, grocery store less than 5 min. walk away. Overall, I would highly recommend this darling cottage!

We loved the house. It was very clean and in a great location.
My family and I rented this property for a short weekend getaway before our kids went off to school. The house has been updated and was very clean. We also loved the location. It is very close to town and the beach. The owners were great to deal with as well.

Excellent Location
This property was very close to town and walking distance to almost anywhere we had to go! The house was beautifully decorated band just the right size for our party of 7 and 2 visitors!
