"Beautiful property. We did horseback riding which was a highlight and the cooking class was fantastic. The pool was relaxing and beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable- literally felt like home!! We would go there again for sure. Incredibly relaxing experience."

"If you're looking for a place that's quiet and off the beaten path this is it! Set in the beautiful country side, the scenery and gorgeous views itself will calm even the most turbulent mind! My family and I (3 total- English speakers only-which was fine most staff was able to communicate) stayed only one night, but it was wonderful. The place is a bit rustic, but in good condition. " Very friendly, professional and welcoming. Beautifully quaint building with ‘stunning’ views. Breakfast basic but perfectly adequate with selection of meats, cheese, small cakes, yogurt etc, with freshly made coffee. Would not hesitate to recommend. "

"This place is absolutely beautiful. Exceeded my expectations. Our room was at the tower, a little small but very romantic and beautiful views. Great hotel for the price . Breakfast was delicious! "

"A beautiful old castle that has been completely refurbished/modernized on the inside, sitting on a beautiful property with nearby forests, vineyards, and olive groves. After the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence, the serenity here was perfection. We stayed in the 'deluxe double room' which was absolutely fantastic. We arranged a vespa rental and rode through the countryside to the nearby Castellina in Chianti and cute hilltop town and took a wonderful cooking class at Taverna...

"We had an amazing stay! The family running the Castle/Winery made us feel at home immediately. Touring their beautiful property from the vineyards to the olive trees and topping it off with tastings of their wines was a truly exceptional experience. We can’t wait to go back!! "

"The service at this hotel was impeccable. We were running late for our wine tasting but they were still SO accommodating! The rooms were beautiful and the view from the hotel are amazing. It was super accessible to everything. Also, the parking options were great - highly recommend. They're so responsive through texting and it was great to have this level of service. Highly rec! "

"We had a lovely stay and the hosts were warm, accommodating and responsive. The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....
