Welcome to Valley Vacations! This beautiful newly built modern home is the perfect retreat for families, friends, and remote workers.

The house is 10mins away from downtown and beautiful kettle valley trail. This house is located in a very peaceful and secure area!

The space:

We’ve designed a place which makes you feel like home even when you are away from one.

Our home features a King suite on the main floor with a comfortable king-sized bed with attached full bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed and a full bathroom right across from it.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a nice flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows or cuddling up by the cozy fireplace in the winter.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to make delicious meals, and we've stocked it with some morning basics like coffee and tea to get you started. We also provide amenities like blow dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner,body wash, hand wash, ear buds, cotton pads, napkins, and more to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We also provide you with a washer and dryer.

Step outside to enjoy the lovely outdoor patio, the perfect spot for summertime gatherings with a BBQ.

We're excited to share our home with you, and we're confident you'll have a wonderful stay in Penticton!

You'll have access to the primary suite. This includes parking for up to 2 vehicles.
We live downstairs in the secondary suite.

Other things to note
For your security (and ours), the property is equipped with a few exterior camera's. The cameras are only on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
