Welcome to Valley Vacations! This beautiful newly built modern home is the perfect retreat for families, friends, and remote workers.

The house is 10mins away from downtown and beautiful kettle valley trail. This house is located in a very peaceful and secure area!

The space:

We’ve designed a place which makes you feel like home even when you are away from one.

Our home features a King suite on the main floor with a comfortable king-sized bed with attached full bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed and a full bathroom right across from it.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a nice flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows or cuddling up by the cozy fireplace in the winter.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to make delicious meals, and we've stocked it with some morning basics like coffee and tea to get you started. We also provide amenities like blow dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner,body wash, hand wash, ear buds, cotton pads, napkins, and more to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We also provide you with a washer and dryer.

Step outside to enjoy the lovely outdoor patio, the perfect spot for summertime gatherings with a BBQ.

We're excited to share our home with you, and we're confident you'll have a wonderful stay in Penticton!

You'll have access to the primary suite. This includes parking for up to 2 vehicles.
We live downstairs in the secondary suite.

Family vacation
Owner was pleasant to deal with and accommodating he provided a mattress for our extra family members that had to stay with us for a night and let us know it wasn’t a problem. House is very nice and spacious. Brand new houses and nice area within a culdesac for the kids to ride their bikes and no cars rarely seen while playing outside. Would definitely stay again

We enjoyed our 11 night stay. Quiet cul-de-sac, with a walking path by the creek. Ron let us park our car inside the garage which was great. We would stay again, house is in safe neighbourhood, and within 10 minutes to most places in Penticton.

Lovely house in a nice quiet location
We were happy with our stay at Ron's. The house is in an intentional neighbourhood with many houses all the same, neat and tidy, quiet, and a friendly vibe. The location was out of the way, and peaceful. The listing is for a main floor of the house and it is plenty spacious for 4 people to stay there. We were happy with our choice to stay here for 4 days instead of a hotel that is for sure! When we thought we were having an additional guest the host made sure there was an air mattress and bedding that could be used, which I thought was especially nice. There was a nice welcome basket waiting for us, the kids were very excited about that, as well as amenities available if you forgot something. All and all a very great stay and we will certainly stay again on our next trip to penticton!
