Are you ready to book a stay at Perdido Sun, unit 108? You've found a great condo for a beach getaway for up to 6 guests. With two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this Perdido Key vacation condo accommodates up to 6 guests with a King-size bed in both bedrooms, plus a new Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Note: We now have a 1 bdrm, 1.5 bath condo at Perdido Sun. It's Unit 110. This cozy condo sleeps up to 4 guests!

Enjoy the fresh ocean air from your private, ground level balcony and enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar sand beach!

Relax by the beachfront pool and soak up the warmth of the sun or seek a bit of cover at the indoor pool (seasonally heated).

The on-site fitness room and community grills are two other amenities that will complement your vacation to the coast.

Note: Use of pools, beach, Gulf and other complex amenities or area attractions are not under the control of individual condo owners. Closures are unfortunate and can occur for many reasons, including repair.

If you are in the mood to get out and about play a round of golf at nearby Lost Key Golf Course or take the short drive to the Tanger's Outlet Mall in Foley, Alabama. Whatever it is you choose to do, a great escape to the beach can be yours at Perdido Sun!

While Sea & Sky Rentals provides you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags which are intended to get you through your first evening at the home, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hair dryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dish washing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, groceries, aluminum foil, and anything else you may need to make your vacation complete!

This condo is by far the best condo I've ever stayed in. Ground floor makes it so easy to get to the pools, beach, & hot tub. The owner Shelley is great, that is very important to me! The condo was clean and very cozy!! Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This condo has the best location of the whole complex! Both pools are right off the patio deck and the beach right past. The condo is spacious and comfy. Loved that there are restaurants and shopping right across the street. The location is just perfect!!! We were all so happy with this condo and our stay. Will definitely book again!

Fantastic
The property was super close to the beach. We have a 7 month old and therefore spent a lot of time going back and forth from the beach to the condo. We could sit on the patio while he was napping and still see our older girls in the pool. It was a win win. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place Great location.... just a heads up, first vrbo we have stayed at were nothing was left from previous rent. No foil, sandwich bags, hangers etc... so plan accordingly.

Loved the layout of the space. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom showers that was not positive. The toilet paper was pretty ridiculous and the fact that you had to pay for additional toilet paper was ridiculous. We went and bought a decent toilet paper.

Overall, the condo was exactly as shown. Very functional. The beds were so comfortable. We ate breakfast and dinner on the patio every day it’s perfectly situated to view the gulf with no wind or sun. The management company was exceptional. Communication was frequent. Just checking on how we were doing. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to experience the Emerald Coast.

Great location and close to good restaurants. Parking lot not gated. Older building that needs some maintenance. Easy beach access. Pool/beach gates kept messing up. Our code to the condo did not work when we first arrived. Should have been communicated without having to call and request a new code but easy access for help. Condo was clean and well organized. Extra beach chairs on the patio was readily accessible. Overall nice place.

The location of the condo was perfect. Short walk to the beach, which was delightful. The condo was not as clean as would be expected especially during COVID. It needs a thorough cleaning. There was two inches of dust on the closet grates, cobwebs under the cabinets. A little TLC for this unit would go a long way.

Incredible amenities, perfect location
The location of the condo was perfect, just steps away from beach, jacuzzi, and pool. The jacuzzi was really hot, pool was very nice and spacious. The room layout was really good. Bedrooms were spacious enough. The kitchen was good size plenty of space; there is a desk in the back of the kitchen, which made it nice to set extra stuff on. Master bedroom overlooks the beach and pool areas. Overall, our stay was amazing. The property is a little bigger than advertised. There is a hallway and bathroom separating the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a lot of space w/ bathroom included. For anyone reading this, you are only a few miles away from Publix, Winn-Dixie, and gas stations. For Fishermen, there are plenty of bait-shops in the area. Also, You can rent 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach for $30/day. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Dirty, needs repairs and updating
The location and the property manager were great. The condo was awful. It was dusty, the trim work had dirty smudges and dirt all over them. The toilet bowls had not been cleaned. The stove top was dirty, refrigerator shelves were broken, the baseboards and corners were filthy. The windows are old, caulking was cracked, molded and the window wouldn’t shut we had to call maintenance. The comforters on the twin beds had holes in them and the master comforter had dried blood stains on them. I washed the sheets in the condo because didn’t smell clean and looked as if they had just been flipped over instead of washed. You could see that a towel racks had been pulled off the wall and the holes have had spakling placed over it but not painted. I expected a clean well maintained condo and that is not what I found. Steer clear of this one. No money back guarantee should have been a tip off.

Condo was not found as described. Construction was being done on property and hindered our entry to the pools and the beach. We were not told of this issue. our reason for choosing this particular condo was the steps leading directly to pools and the beach. It was not as clean as expected either. Drains in the tubs were full of hair which kept the tubs from draining. Yuk! We found some very nice staff at the front desk. Restaurants were wonderful across street. Beach was beautiful and clean.

The location of this specific condo cannot be beat if you have young children. The porch descends to the pool gate. Then, a short boardwalk to the beach. No waiting in an elevator! AND the unit has a washer and dryer, which is a MUST for families with children.
