Everything we needed and more!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pensacola. The house was in pristine condition and supplied well with cooking utensils, toiletries and snacks. We enjoyed the back covered patio and the convenient location to all the amenities we wanted to enjoy. Very walkable to downtown.

Very nice house close to downtown
The house is very nice and comfortable for a family or two or three couples. Close to downtown Pensacola and all the attractions there. Questions and issues were addressed quickly by the owner/manager.

Our prior reservation canceled on is and then we found this gem of a listing. Clean, comfy beds, pet friendly and perfect for a two night or long term stay. Soaking tub was a plus.

Great property - location
This property over delivers in all aspects. You can walk downtown, Blue Wahoo’s stadium or stroll the neighborhood. All bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean at check in. Nice snack basket was included in the kitchen. We travel with our small dog and the house was perfect. Kathy was very accommodating and easy to work with. I fully recommend this property and will be staying here again on our next visit to Pensacola.

Very clean nice conveniently located home. Just wish check in was earlier such as 3pm and check out was a bit later like 11am. Hotels across America have check in at 3pm and check out at 12pm. However, we liked the home very much.

This property was exactly as represented! This home is close to everything downtown Pensacola has to offer and you can walk or bike everywhere. The home was exceptionally clean upon our arrival, it has 2 parking spaces, was well stocked with all the basic essentials, has a lovely fenced backyard and upper and lower porches to enjoy, and the host is very responsive. We will most definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Home
We really enjoyed our stay. We went to a baseball game, and the stadium is walking distance. This is a very nice home, and it is conveniently located near downtown and the bay. Nice fenced backyard for our dogs to play. Owner is very nice and very easy to communicate with.

The house was perfect for a girls trip. Only a couple blocks away from Palafox, area with a lot of restaurants & bars. Kathy was quick to respond to any questions, etc that I had.

Loved this place! Very comfortable and clean. We walked to the blue wahoos stadium for a baseball game, walking distance to pubs and restaurants. We used the grill outside and had a great time in Pensacola! Great communication with the host! We had everything we needed! Thank you!

This house was perfect for our visit to Pensacola. The 3 bedroom 3 bath home was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The only item showing in pics that was not available was the fire pit. The check in/out process was easy and very clear. The owner responded quickly to all questions. The location was perfect for getting around downtown Pensacola.

Family Flashback
As a family of 4, we lived in P’cola for 10yrs when the kids were small. After 12 years in PA, we finally managed to all get time to return. This house was amazing. It had a beach feel in a quiet neighborhood by the bay. Everything you need is ready and waiting for you. The dog adored it! By far the best rental house we’ve ever used. We had a wonderful time, highly recommend!
