Want the perfect balance of Downtown Pensacola action and quaint luxury? History and modernization? Relaxation and excitement? See Pensacola from an unprecedented experience at the Brent Lofts in this 1 queen bed/1 bath unit with full kitchen, living room, breakfast nook, and queen sleeper sofa!

Enjoy over 500 square feet of this oasis, with a short elevator ride to the liveliest street in Pensacola. This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!

If you would like sleeper sofa linens placed in the condo, please note this will incur an additional charge of $20. Alternatively, you may bring your own if you wish. Let us know beforehand so we can prepare the linens for the reservation.

Check In Process:
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to send email address and sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. During the week of arrival, we will send step-by-step instructions and videos showing how to download and use the phone app to enter the common space and condo door. It is highly recommended to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in.

-Parking is not included in your stay, but validation can be added at a nightly discounted rate ($10) upon request.
-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management for more info.
-No pets allowed.

THE SPACE
•Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, TV, closet space, luggage rack.
•Bathroom: Located in the hallway, with stand-alone shower and linens.
•Living Room: Queen sofa couch that is easily accessible. Please note that if you anticipate needing to use the sleeper sofa to accommodate more occupants, there is a $20 charge associated with this. Please let a member of management know ASAP we can properly prepare the suite for your stay. Smart TV.

Steps away from the Saenger Theater, great restaurants and the heart of vibrant downtown. Great for a getaway, and will also have employees and colleagues stay here when they’re in town for work- they can walk right across the street.
