The townhome was very comfortable. The covered patio and inviting backyard were a favorite place to relax and visit with family. Location was great. Close to restaurants and shopping yet quiet and relaxing.

Perfect house if you have pets. Dropped our son offf at school and stayed here for three nights. Backyard is huge and the pet door was a big plus. We will be back!!

Cute cozy home
Comfortable and reasonably priced townhome in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient and comfortable for a visit friends that live near UWF. Great backyard and loved the patio and grill.

True home away from home
Nice quiet blue collar neighborhood. We felt right at home! Really nice fenced in yard to contain our 2 5 month old puppies. House needed nothing. Host was quick with communication. We stayed here while working on a job in the area...Was so nice, that we extended our stay a couple times. Highly recommend!

Stayed while visiting family. This was perfect for our needs. Older property, so didn’t have to freak out when the dogs played. Nice backyard. Quiet neighborhood. About 30 minutes to all the beach shenanigans. One of the bedrooms doesn’t get good airflow from the HVAC so recommend bringing a fan.

Comfortable stay
Unit is in a great location half way between family to the north and beaches to the south. Nice neighborhood and a very comfortable atmosphere. Bed was super comfortable, shower worked great and the big screen tv added a little entertainment in the evenings. The back patio and yard were great also. Kitchen door to garage needs some repair. We’d stay again and recommend.

Nice weekend getaway!
We really enjoy our stay, everything was clean and nice. My only concern was the downstairs television did not work, we try new batteries for the remote with no success. The master bedroom door was off the hinges.. We were still able to close door for privacy.. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

The location was great, pet friendly. 2 things that i had a issue with. 1. The upstairs master bedroom gets hot , the 2nd bedroom had a window unit. 2. The 2nd bedroom upstairs had bedbugs. I did not realize it until the last day of our stay when i stripped the sheets.

Great location/neighborhood
Came up for the weekend to visit our son who attends UWF. The neighborhood was perfect and quiet. The location was exactly what we wanted. The home is simple with the essentials, although if you are a family looking to make meals, the kitchen is equipped with the appliances but nothing else. Bring what you need, including spices (just a FYI). The master bed was comfortable. The backyard and patio area are very nice unfortunately the weather did not allow for us to take advantage of it. Given the opportunity to return to this location, I absolutely would.

We books this property for my daughter and her active duty boyfriend as he was checking out of NAS and moving across the country. The hosts were amazing from the very beginning and were very accommodating to what we needed. The house was exactly as described and we would definitely stay here again!

Bring the furry friends!
Our dog is getting older, so we wanted to avoid the stress of being in the kennel while we travelled. This property offers a nice big fenced back yard where he could run around. When we went somewhere he couldn’t go we left him in his crate, just like at home. We brought our own crate, not realizing there was one provided in the garage. He enjoyed traveling with us, and wasn’t all stressed out at the conclusion of the trip. We’ll probably do this the next time we need to travel.
