Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 2 bedroom duplex.Centrally located between HWY 29 and Pine Forest Rd. Interstate 10 is a few minutes away. Hop on the interstate and your in Downtown Pensacola in 15-20 minutes. Enjoy great restaurants, nightlife and historical sightseeing. Visit Pensacola Beach with Sugar White sand and beautiful emerald water. 30-40 minutes depending on Summer traffic.

This little duplex is roomy and comfortable for a small family or a few friends. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Comfortable queen and 2 twin bunk beds. Open kitchen and living area. Great for relaxing and family time. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for a quick snack or evening meal.

Full access to the duplex and back yard

Nice place, uncomfortable living room furniture...
Our beds were comfortable, the linens were very nice, and the kitchen had every thing you could need to prepare food. The whole place was very nice except the living room furniture. It was like sitting on plywood. There is also only enough seating for 3. That would have been fine for us since it was just the 3 of us but they were so uncomfortable I couldn't sit there for very long. I rated the place a 3 because I wouldn't stay here again unless the living room furniture was changed.
