The space
Coastal urban style oasis in Pensacola. It is located in a quiet town community that features a comfortable pool located just out the back door. Charming abode, nestled in a peaceful and family-friendly established neighborhood from the pristine sands of Pensacola Beach, Downtown Pensacola and easy access to I10 highway.
This home offers a cozy living area in an open, spacious floor plan and comfortable family & friends! To keep you connected and entertained we have Internet, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV in the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful countertops and includes modern appliances. If you love to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, mixer, blender, serving dishes and other items to make your visit special. This kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric stove with smooth glass cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee machine/Keurig machine, pans, flatware, glasses, & mugs. You can expect a starter supply of paper towels, dish soap & sponge, dishwasher detergent pods.
Entire property- 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home, we also provide top quality bed linens, towels and pillows.
The master bedroom includes a king bed, a dedicated workplace, full body mirror, walk-in closet, smart TV and lots of natural light as you open the curtains in the room; an ensuite bathroom with shower and vanity. We provide some starter supplies/essentials: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up wipes.
The second bedroom features a queen bed, closet, mirror and smart TV where you can stream and watch.
And the third bedroom has a single bed and double bed.

There is a laundry room located on the main floor next to the living room. There is a starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets located on the washing machine.
This updated home not only ensures you have a super comfy place to stay during your Pensacola adventures but also spoils you with your own private pool to relax in at the back of the house! The has a covered patio at the back of the house with seating & dining table; there is a putting green area in the backyard, for practicing golf or play foosball. You can sit and relax on the patio, and enjoy the fabulous Florida sunshine.
Guest access
We have a doorbell camera and security cameras that monitor the front & back of the property. No cameras are in the house. We have a smart lock door and an email will be sent with door code instructions the day of check in. You will have access to the entire home. For parking, please be courteous to our neighbors. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street around the house.
Other things to note
Here are the House Rules you can look to upon staying at the home:
• Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.
• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 11 PM - 7 AM.
• Only park in the designated areas.
• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.
• Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.
• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.
• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.
• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.
• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
