Southern Breeze 2 on Perdido Key which is also known as the "Lost Key." This cute fully equipped 1-bedroom that easily accommodates 4 adults. Has a full size kitchen, a full size bathroom, a balcony off the master bedroom, as well as a full size washer and dryer.

Location says it all!! The white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald water are located directly across the street within walking distance. This charming bungalow is newly updated and refurbished with parking directly in front of the unit.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $250 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is one of about 12 in a 2-story multiplex. Nothing glamorous, but nice and functional. A nice-sized sitting room greets you as you walk in the door, with a small kitchen to the rear and a small bathroom with tub/shower on the left. One nice-sized bedroom is behind that with a sliding glass rear door that leads out onto a wooden deck. It's just a quick walk across the street (highway can get busy, but not bad), and then over a small dune to the beach. Very easy access. Had a great time.
