Modern Cottage in the heart of downtown Pensacola.NOTE: THERE IS A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN PROGRESS ON THE LOTS NEXT TO THIS PROPERTY. There will be activity associated with building houses ongoing until approximately May of 2025. Phoebe's Place 2 was constructed in March 2018, and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fenced-in back yard, large patio with large patio cover and a large front porch.  The Kitchen is fully-equipped with cookware, utensils, blender, hand mixer, toaster, stainless steel microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. 1 King and 2 Queen Bedrooms are all on one level with 2 bathrooms, kitchen / living room, and laundry room. Extra wide drive gives you off street private parking.  This cottage is just 5 blocks walk to Historic Downtown Palafox Street and countless fantastic restaurants.  It's close to the Wahoo's baseball stadium, and just 8 miles to Pensacola Beach!

Great location, cute house.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was so sweet and helpful. We liked the location and could walk easily to many restaurants etc.

Charming house near downtown Pensacola

This very well-kept charming home is conveniently located close to downtown Pensacola. It is well maintained and furnished and slept 4 of us comfortably. The owner is very accommodating.

Great food and great coffee one block away. Walking distance to the historic district as well as downtown. Not only will we visit Pensacola again, we will be staying here again.

Home away from home

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this rental. It has the perfect amount of room for my husband and I when we come to visit my daughter and grandson! I love the large kitchen and fenced in back yard! It was perfect for when my grandson came over to run around and play! We will be renting this place again on the future!

A lovely and convenient family getaway

This was our first trip to Pensacola and we enjoyed every minute! The house had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing week away from home. There were great restaurants and shopping within walking distance and the beach is just a quick drive over the bay.

Great weekend girls trip

The cottage was in a perfect location to downtown Pensacola. Located central to shops but far enough away to be quite. The neighborhood felt safe. The cottage was clean and as described.

Fantastic Stay

Well appointed and very clean property in a great location. Only downsides were the large wall directly across the street, and a somewhat finicky home alarm system that made for a memorable check in. Good communications from the owner all around, though. Would stay here again.

Charming Cottage

This charming cottage was very clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the early evenings. It is also conveniently located to downtown Pensacola. The host was exceptionally responsive, and you could tell had really tried to think of whatever you might need while staying at this cottage. We hated to leave.

Very comfortable.

This is one of the nicest VRBO properties we've ever stayed at. The location to downtown and the value were great. The place seemed brand new inside and out. The living area and beds were very comfortable. We wouldn't stay anywhere in Pensacola.

Amazing Property

This was our first experience with VRBO and so we are probably ruined! Lol!!! This house was AMAZING!!! So clean, so easy to book, so easy to check in and out! 1 zillion times better (and cheaper) than a motel would have been. Lois even checked on us to make sure our stay was going well. Perfect home away from home

We were extremely happy with this rental! It was exactly as described. It was clean, fresh and updated. We had the perfect amount of room and the backyard was perfect for a get together with family where we could hang out and barbecue. We would definitely rent this place again!

The house was wonderful (watch the video in the listing. It is a true description of how nice this home is) and Lois was quick to respond to any questions I messaged. The house was an easy walk away from Palafox Street where all the shops and restaurants are but not if you want to be close to the beach and/or water.

Quiet Neighborhood

The house was perfect for our short stay and close to the area we wanted to be in. Great backyard for chillin' and grillin'! Plenty of nearby, some walkable, places for eating. An unexpected surprise was the towel warmer in the master bathroom; it came in handy for a sore back when applying a heated towel. We cooked dinner in the kitchen one night and it had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Home

The location is good with a few restaurants in walking distance. I would've liked a full coffee maker, rather than just the keurig, but that's being a little picky as a big time coffee drinker. Due to the weather during our stay, we didn't get to enjoy the backyard, but it looks lovely.
