Welcome to Hemingway's Hideout, your cozy and comfortable home away from home! Our three-bedroom, two-full-bath retreat is perfect for families with a furry friend, as we warmly welcome pets. Bring your dog along and make unforgettable memories together!

Step into our inviting space with an open floor plan. The privacy-fenced backyard awaits, featuring a delightful covered patio and a charcoal grill.

Conveniently located near popular attractions such as Five Flags Speedway (3.4 miles/11 minutes), Downtown Pensacola (7.8 miles/18 minutes), Pensacola Bay Center (10.3 miles/20 minutes), Pensacola Lighthouse and Naval Aviation Museum (11.5 miles/24 minutes), Pensacola Beach (17.6 miles/29 minutes), and Perdido Key Beaches (18.8 miles/32 minutes), our home serves as an excellent base for exploring the local area. If you're visiting a college student or service member, you'll appreciate the short drive to PCC (5.8 miles/14 minutes), UWF (12.8 miles/25 minutes), and NAS Pensacola (8.7 miles/18 minutes).

Inside, you'll discover a welcoming atmosphere with luxury vinyl plank flooring in the living room and plush carpeting in the bedrooms. Unwind on the sofa or the oversized chair while streaming movies on the SmartTV. Stay connected with our complimentary WiFi.

Rest easy knowing that we provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay. From linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets, we've got you covered. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, dresser, and closet, while the third bedroom boasts two full-sized beds, a nightstand, and a closet. The hall bathroom has a convenient tub-shower combo.

Our fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay. You'll find everything you need, from dishes and pots and pans to a coffee maker, Ninja Airfryer, and crockpot. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available for your convenience in the laundry closet between the living room and kitchen.

Parking is a breeze, with space for two vehicles in the driveway in front of the garage. Please note that the driveway is a little steep, but worry not, as there are no steps into the house from the driveway to the doorway. The garage is not available for parking.

Remember to bring your personal account logins to access your favorite streaming services, as we provide TV streaming. At Hemingway's Hideout, our utmost priority is ensuring your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. We can't wait to welcome you and your furry family member to our home! At Hometown Stays, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags for a 2-day stay. However, we recommend bringing additional items for your comfort and convenience. Pack essentials like toiletries, a hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your stay perfect. If your dog tends to be anxious, aggressive, or highly stressed, it's best to consider alternative arrangements.

* Furniture Etiquette: We kindly request that pets be kept off the furniture for a harmonious living space or cover furniture and beds with a pet blanket

* Local Hazards: Be mindful of local risks for your pet, such as wildlife and pests, to ensure their well-being.

* Vaccinations, Flea and Tick Treatment: All visiting pets must receive proper treatment for fleas and ticks to maintain a pest-free environment. Your pet must be up-to-date on vaccinations before check-in.

* Controlled Companions: Keep your pet under control at all times to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone. Follow leash laws.

* Excessive Pet Hair: We appreciate your help in diligently managing any excessive pet hair to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises.

* Outdoor Etiquette: Pets should not relieve themselves indoors, on patios, decks, or balconies. Please promptly clean up all pet waste. Failure to do so may result in a small cleanliness fee. When outdoors and not in a fenced area, your pet must be on a leash.

* Responsibility for Damage: As a responsible pet owner, please understand that any damage caused by your Service Animal or Pet during your stay will be your responsibility. This includes but is not limited to, accidents, scratching, or damage to property. Let's keep our space in tip-top shape for all to enjoy!

Guests who violate our pet policy may face fines and/or be asked to leave, forfeiting any remaining rental nights. Please be considerate and respectful of our neighbors and host.

GUEST ACCESS

You will have access to the entire house, except one locked owner’s closet, and there is no parking in the garage.

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: We usually cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

DOOR ACCESS: We offer keyless entry, and a code will be sent via email the day before checking in to access the house. You will have access to the entire home and the backyard except for one locked owner's closet. For parking, please use the driveway to park your vehicle, garage parking is not available, and street/curbside parking is first come, first served. Please be mindful not to block the neighbors' driveways or mailboxes.

Getting Around:

Pensacola is best explored with a car or vehicle as it offers the most convenience and flexibility. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also available for shorter distances within the city.
