This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony entrances in both the main bedroom and living room which lead to a large patio with Gulf views.

Highlights of this upscale and Bahamas styled vacation rental include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bathroom includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.You can even rent the social room with stunning floor to ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

2024 Summer Vacation
The condo was very clean, and we had plenty of room for our family. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. The only complaint I have is the area available to set up your own chairs and umbrellas on the beach. There is a 25 foot area between condos to set up. The rest of the beach area behind the Palacio and the condos next door are for rental chairs and umbrellas. Be sure to eat at the Jellyfish across the street. The food is wonderful!

This rental was great. One of the best we have rented. Very comfortable and well equipped and things in really good condition. The only problem we had was not being able to use the board walk to beach from the pool area. It was costed for several day. Not good.

Loved our stay at Palacio. Unit was beautifully decorated and the ocean view was to die for, from both the living area and master bedroom! Great little restaurants across the street, attentive staff beach staff and lovely pool area. This is the only place I would stay in Perdido Key!
