Gulf Front Condo In Ocean Breeze East - An Endless Blue View Just For You!

Ocean Breeze East 404 is a well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath privately owned vacation home located directly on the beach. Enjoy quality time on the Gulf-front balcony in the mornings, maybe take a dip in the pool after breakfast, relax by the water's edge all day, and stroll along the shoreline in search of seashells when the tide goes out in the evenings. This condo comfortably sleeps a family of up to 8, including all adults and children. Enjoy the view from the stylishly appointed living room through the sliding glass door or walk outside and feel the wonderful ocean breeze on your face. The living room is comfortably furnished for a fresh, welcoming vibe and equipped with a large television and high-speed internet. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, television, a full bathroom, and private balcony offering lovely views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds. The modern kitchen is fully furnished with updated appliances, cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, and flatware. This vacation home includes a full size washer and dryer as well.
Guests of PKRM are invited to enjoy complimentary golf at Lost Key Golf Course, deep sea fishing, a dolphin cruise, a sunset cruise, and admission to OWA Amusement Park. These adventures add real value to a family vacation with 1 complimentary excursion per day, per reservation.
Ocean Breeze East is conveniently located in the heart of Perdido Key. Enjoy the popular local restaurants nearby or take a short drive to enjoy even more dining, shopping and attractions in Downtown Pensacola and Orange Beach. Perdido Key is a laid back coastal community with lots to offer. Book early to make sure you don't miss out on the best weeks of the season!

NOTICE: This home, along with the entire condo development, is non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted anywhere onsite. There is a strict rule of 1 parking pass per unit. Overflow parking is available at the PKRM office in the Villagio Town Center

**IMPORTANT: Significant work will be ongoing at the complex during the month of November 2024 to include:
Balcony Access: Balconies will be closed for resurfacing throughout November 2024.
Amenities Closure: There is no indication that pools, spas or beach walkover access will be closed.
Exterior Activity: Workers will be present working on the building's exterior most days both on ground level and from swing stages.
Unit Access: Workers may need access to the condo periodically.

We loved our vacation, the only issues we had was the dishwasher didn’t work and one bed didn’t have a blanket it on it when we arrived. Other than that the condo was clean and very nice ! Short walk to the beach , pool was great ! Places to eat right across the street. If you have two cars I don’t recommend staying you will have to park second car in the shopping center across the street .

Worst condo we've had in the 10 years coming to the Gulf Shores area. Dryer didn't work for the first 4 days, along with garbage disposal and 2 ceiling fans in bedrooms. Kitchen was in desperate need of new frying pans. No potholders, mold an dirt on shower corners.Ac unit on balcony and blows hot air directly on you. Never recommend this condo of the oven

We really enjoyed the location and view. Access to beach and swimming pool was easy to access! The condo was clean , however the floors were in need of a good cleaning. We made breakfast every morning. The skillet were old and hard to cook with, the food either stuck to the pan or burnt. The master bedroom sliding door leaked water after a hard rain. Overall, we had fun and would stay in the area again.

Lovely view and excellent location
Condo was as described and had an ample abundance of cutlery and dishes. Condo looked clean at arrival. Furniture was average but we did not spend much time in the condo, preferring to be on beach or sitting on the patio. The air conditioning cooled very well. There was a good amount of towels and a nice washer/dryer for laundry needs. Be sure to bring extra tp and kitchen hand towels as well as salt/pepper and anything needed for cooking meals. Dishwasher pods provided but no dishwasher soap for hand washing dishes. Several concerns: dishwasher did not work and despite calling the property manager twice, it was not repaired by the time we departed nor was I contacted about it as promised. Bring your own pillows as condo pillows were well-worn and some very hard. There were plenty of additional pillows in the closets but no extra pillow cases. Broken window blind slats in queen bed guest room. Clothing hangers are needed. What were available were bent and flimsy. Light switches in the bedrooms did not turn anything on or off which was confusing. The pool was unfortunately closed for the five days we were there and the building manager was not sure when it would reopen as a part was on order. Overall, it was an average unit that could use a deep clean but it was acceptable for the price we paid.

Disappointed!!
When we arrived we found out the pool and boardwalk were closed and that they had been closed for weeks prior to our arrival, we were not notified of this before driving 12 hours to get there. The wifi didn’t work for the first couple days, the maintenance guy got it to work but for only short time periods, kept loosing it. The AC wouldn’t cool down farther than 76 during the day. There was a leak under the kitchen sink. The AC unit is on the balcony where you sit to watch and listen to the ocean which you can’t here a thing out there because the AC was running continuously and it was loud. Parking sucks at ocean breeze east espicially if you have a truck, it’s super tight and you only get one parking pass for a 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 10. In all a very disappointing stay at ocean breeze east, won’t be going back there ever again!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We walked into a dirty condo after being in the car for 13 hours. Dirty clothes sitting in the washing machine, visible handprints on the sliding door, grime in two spots on the countertops, empty hand soap sitting on the counter, trash on the patio (floss pick, piece of a fake nail and a cup). Dishes were put away and dirty so I ended up cleaning the cups and silverware and buying plates.The floors weren’t clean and neither were the bathrooms!!!!It was gross! The furniture is all dated but we knew that from the pictures. What we weren’t expecting was a filthy condo that I spent the first hour cleaning. I also went and purchased cleaning supplies! I reached out to management and received a response three days later.They refunded the $140 cleaning fee but I would have preferred to walk into a clean condo, especially during these crazy COVID times.The pool was also broken but we knew that a few weeks prior. No one was working on the pool the entire week which was very frustrating.Location was nice...close to grocery store, restaurants, at the end of hi rise buildings.This was our first time in Perdido Key and enjoyed the island.We will not stay at another PKRM property.

Great location but property needs some updates. Fire alarm would go off every time oven was opened regardless of smoke or not. Porch furniture old and flimsy. Table was broken. Oven needs replaced. Bathrooms are circa 1980 and need updated.
