Great property and excellent location for a getaway. The private beach and property owner suppling beach chairs was a huge bonus. The weather was windy and chillier than we expected but being in this property was comfortable, cozy, and made the trip perfect.

This is a cute, gulf front townhouse with everything you need. Good location, safe, quiet, and steps from the gorgeous white sand! The private beach is nice.

Perfect location and Stay
This truly is a private beach! We had the best trip. Everything was as described in the listing, nothing was lacking! We enjoyed the dolphins playing every morning and the schools of manta rays that came through in the evenings. Great location! We’ll be back

Very clean. Extremely quiet even with new townhomes being built next door. Beautiful view of Gulf and a short path to the private beach. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.

Quiet townhome in a great location
Enjoyed a stay over spring break with a family of 4. Comfortable and well equipped townhome in a quiet location. Description is accurate, and met our expectations. Very pleased with the comfort of the beds, furnishings, and linens. Kitchen well appointed with pretty much all you need. Great to have a washer and dryer too. Recommended for anyone wanting a moderately priced place in a great location - right on the beach. Would book again without a doubt.

Location is super nice, with close proximity to some restaurant options, with actual beach locatio pretty secluded and private. Unit is good with plenty of space. Was convenient to park right in front of the unit. The deck is right next to neighbors deck, but we enjoyed some conversation with them and was not always outside at the same time. Stairs down from back deck and path leading to beach was very convenient. Overall unit was suitable for our needs.

The condo was absolutely spectacular!!! Spotless, beautiful decor and the most amazing view and access to the beach. Walked beach every morning for sunrise. Our balcony was great for sunset viewing. Host was wonderful from initial booking thru check out. Could not have found anything more perfect. Loved it!!!

This house is exactly what our family vacation needed! We loved the private beach and that it was not as busy as other areas we have stayed. While the backyard was quite outdated and didn’t look quite like the pictures, the house was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the porches was beautiful. We spent every morning and evening on the porch. Location was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great Location
This is a great location right on the beach. The unit is private, as is the beach in front of the unit. The owner was super helpful and responded very quickly to all my inquiries. These two things alone made our stay a good one. Overall, the unit could use some tidying up, but if your main concern is location, this is a great stay! And thank you, Ariel, for all of your help during our stay!

Very private beach
I was pleasantly surpised at how spacious and private this beach was. There are condos next door with few guests. It really felt like we had our own piece of paradise. The house was very clean and well equipped with anything you could need. The hostess was very easy to text and had lots of recommendations. We would love to return this fall and will definitely stay in this house again!
