East Hill Coastal Cottage is situated in a family friendly area with lots of parks, restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, and locally owned shops.

Take some time for yourself with this 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home. This property has onsite amenities: kitchen with full size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, central air/heat, washer/dryer, pull out queen sleeper sofa, 55 inch Smart Roku TV and 40 inch Smart Roku TV in the master. High speed internet is provided. This property will comfortably accommodate 4 and up to 6 guests when utilizing the sleeper sofa.

This fabulous home has a large fenced backyard with deck, gas BBQ grill, fire pit and a covered front porch with swing. This home is family friendly and great for entertaining! Enjoy all the amenities of this home by having the whole place to yourself.

Super cute house in a great neighborhood
This house is decorated really nicely and has everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is lovely and the house so close to many restaurants (as well as Publix). I would stay here again anytime we go through Pensacola.

Long weekend in Pensacola
Great place to stay in Pensacola. Less than 10 minutes from downtown and only 15 minutes to the beaches. Perfect if you’re traveling with your dog. Backyard is fenced in and the neighborhood is safe and nice to walk through in the morning or evening.

Lovely cottage
This is a lovely cottage. Perfectly decorated to be cozy with everything you need. I wanted my visit to Pensacola to be longer just to be in the house! I met many friendly people while walking to the grocery store, to get gelato and to see the bayou. 10/10 recommend!

Lovely little cottage in the neighborhood I used to live in. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the location close to everything and ability to have our dog Delilah join us. Lived the automated lighting and we made good use of the kitchen and back deck and yard.

Lovely get-a-way
The property had everything we needed for a great stay. There were the extra touches that made it terrific. There were keurig style and regular drip coffee makers, comfortable beds, easy TV directions, super clean kitchen and charming yard and neighborhood. We run the McGuire's race every year and it was a short walk to all the fun. Also, the clawfoot soaking tub was a bonus.

Great property. Historic Craftsman home. Great condition, good location. Everything we needed. Home needs handrails on the front steps. Very dangerous for elderly or people for whom steep steps are a problem.

The only downside was how little time we had at this wonderful place. Everything was clean, the property has everything you need. The neighbors were super kind. The yard was perfect for our pups. We will definitely try to rebook next time we have some time off.

We loved this quant little family friendly home. The property was very clean and had a nice home feel to it. The East Hill neighborhood was not too bad depending where you travel. This property is a short drive to pensacola beach and Gulf Breeze.
