Downtown Bungalow - Walk to downtown and drive 12 mins to the beach

Cozy, historic home 1/2 mile from downtown Pensacola and a 15 min drive to Pensacola Beach, the airport, and base. If you're looking for the Pensacola local experience we are one of the only listings perfectly situated close to it all! Enjoy travel with your pet and a home specifically curated with vacation in mind. We provide the experience only 5 years of hosting experience across the US can bring. Welcome to your Pensacola home away from home!

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the home. The home is the areas as described above in “The Space”. This unit is adjacent to another unit- an attached mother-law-suite. See images of the property layout for more detail.

Other things to note:

1. Pet Friendly with fee: Fur family is welcome with a small fee (message for rates) and compliance with pet guidelines. Pets should be odor free, house broken, and quiet during stay. We do not allow pets on furniture or in beds and ask that pets be curbed or crated when left in the unit alone.

2. Not outfitted for ADA accommodations: This property is not suitable for individuals with mobility challenges or ambulation disabilities.

3. No smoking property: This property is not suitable for those who smoke (any substance by any methods). It is a no smoking property due to serious medical necessity of long term residents. If smoking activity and/or smell is detected on the property (from streets to fencing) at any point during the reservation an immediate $250 fine will be added to the stay on top of additional cleaning fees.

Great little place with lots of room in perfect location
We came from out of town for the tall ships festival this year, and wanted some thing close to the festival yet roomy enough for three couples. The little bungalow was absolutely perfect! We will definitely stay here again.
