- Pet friendly w/ $100 fee (+ fees & taxes, 1 max, dog only). Please do not bring more than 1 dog to the property
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- NOTE: While the Roku TV has streaming apps installed, guests will need to log into their own accounts to stream
- NOTE: Guests who want to use the pool will need to provide a $50 fully refundable deposit, paid directly to the condo or on-site. If received ahead of time, the key will be waiting in the unit. If the request is received during their stay, the key will be delivered. When the key is returned, their deposit refund will be processed the same day (though it may take 24-72 hours or longer for them to receive it, depending on the payment system)
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring Video Pro 2 doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry and the stairs leading up to the entrance. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed
