The living area has a new TV and Blu-ray player plus free WiFi. There is also a patio.

Clean room. Right size/price for our short stay. Key to beach gate was problematic, but we were able to get assistance. Shower made loud squealing sound when water was running but plenty of hot water. Washer unit sounded like a small plane trying to take off - you might want to get that checked out. Beach location perfect.

Location of this property is great. The beach is right out the back door and it is close to so many attractions. An upgrade to the mattress and stove could be made but this would not stop is from staying there again. The ice machine is close, so if you have an early riser you will hear it.

This place was very comfortable and the view from the deck was amazing. I liked we were on the same level as the hot tub. We enjoyed it a couple of nights. Overall I would gladly stay here again.

Great place but difficult check in process.
I loved every thing the condo is beautiful and so are the views. Check in is late at 4pm so don’t get there early. For check in being so late the first night should be cheaper or they should allow early check in, we will be back though. I just hope they get the check in mess cleaned up

Beautiful Property in Paradise
We absolutely loved the condo. It was very clean and we loved the decorations and furnishings. The unit had a beautiful view of the beach in Perdido Key which I think is one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. The grounds were very well-maintained and had an excellent view of the beach. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. We found the rate to be very reasonable as well. Perdido Key is great because the beaches are so beautiful, but it’s still not nearly as developed as Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, or Destin, so we could enjoy the beach in peace without any noise. We will definitely be back.

Overall we had a great time. Pictures don’t show everything entirely accurately. It is a shared balcony space. The room is tucked a little bit away, so it can be tricky to find initially. Bed/mattress could possibly use a little update Perfect space for two people though, we enjoyed our time.

Nice unit everything was as described.The pool is just outside the door. There are only 2 units on the 3rd floor. I’d prefer a private balcony but we were aware it was on the pool level. It was clean and everything worked as it should.

Great just one suggestion
We loved our second stay at Windemere, this time a different unit though right next to the previous one we had stayed in. We Love the access to the pool and beach! The only complaint We have is that the unit desperately needs a few more lamps - another one in living room would be great so you don't have to use the bright fluorescent lights and another by the other side of the bed.

You get what you paid for
We did enjoy our stay and the place was affordable. We saw complaints about the 4 PM check-in. It didn’t bother us too bad because the condo is about a mile from public beach access so we just hung out at the beach until the condo was ready. Pros: The price, especially for the direct beach access the condo provides. We had to take maybe 30 steps and we were on the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. It was peaceful. •You walk out the patio door and you’re at the pool •The condo is located in a very convenient. You’re about 15 minutes away from Gulf Shores and Pensacola. Cons: •The condo is dated and could use some touching up. There was paint peeling off the wall, some of the nightstands were chipped, etc.. the laundry machine seems to be new but it is very loud so you cannot run it when you’re trying to sleep. • the queen bed needs a new mattress. You rolled to the middle every time you try to lay down. •The patio is not a private patio. You walk out and it’s basically a patio shared by four different rooms with chairs put between the doors. So we basically shared two chairs with the neighbors so we really didn’t get to use the patio at all. •The ice machine is very close to the room so you hear everyone getting ice in the morning. We would stay at Windemere again but would choose a different condo next time.

Just Right Size
Was a quick getaway trip for myself. Accommodations were very nice and I enjoyed my stay. Only a few things that I want to point out, it was hard to find the door to the condo, I had to call the office to find out where it was. The bathroom could use brighter or more lighting. Might want to put a note on top of the cabinet in the kitchen of where to locate the utensils and other pots and pans. Overall it was a nice stay just not long enough. Check-in process was excellent!!

This property was misrepresented. It was at best a studio apartment. Walked in the door into the bed. AC did not work. No balcony as pictured. Outside door was to pool. Mattress needed to be replaced (badly). We stayed one night because we got in late and then moved to a hotel.

The nice thing was location. The room was ok. Didn't have a private balcony. The curtains were broken. The chain for ceiling fans were broken. The pullout bed was not clean and look yellow. They didn't work with you to send anyone to fix or clean. Told them not to go in room unless I was in it. They went in and cleaned the pullout bed. Would not recommend.

it was okay
the hot tub was out, which we would not have gone here had we known. The beach walkover was closed so you had to walk thorough the sand dunes and we were stepping on stuff and hurting our feet. Again, wouldnt have gone here had we known that. The stove also wasnt the best. none of the knobs had anything on them so we just kinda guessed on the temp that we were cooking our food on. one of the burners didnt work at all. Theres also not a fitted sheet on the bed in the living room, just a flat sheet and it came off constantly. It also took us forever to find the room, I feel like the layout of the building is strange. I was only able to find it because In the pictures you could see the pool from the room and I found the pool and kinda just walked around by the pool until i fould it. I could have probably called for help, but I had 3 kids and didnt think about it. only 1 of the rise off showers outside worked and it was the one furthest from our room. none of the gate accesses were locked. I never had to enter the code to get in or out of the gate. The room was very clean. We enjoyed our time the beach but will not return to this location. It just wasnt for us.

Love Windmere! 302 room location good except for the broken screechy gate from the corridor to the pool area swinging in the wind all night and the ice machine near the pool is extremely loud. Beautiful views from the room door. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. The couch has seen MUCH better days. Needs replaced. The bed is very uncomfortable and wobbly. The exterior door to the corridor is very thin, with no dead bolt. I felt a little unsafe with that fact. You can hear everything that goes on in the pool area and parking lot while in the condo. Although the entire building could use some maintenance , we have had much better stays in some of the other units in the building. The hot tub was out of order, which was a major bummer since we chose to go when the weather was cooling off. Also, I never saw anyone clean the pool and sand was in there the entire stay. We will be back to this condo, just not this unit.
