Panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, Santa Rosa Sound and Pensacola Bay make this 6th floor corner unit unique. Our first guest described her stay as ā€œHeaven on Earthā€. Locals say we live in Paradise. Definitely a place to relax and live in the moment.

Melanie and her crew did a great job choosing comfortable colors and finishes. No this is not a model unit. What you see is the condo your renting. The mattresses and linens are all new and comfy. The kitchen is outfitted with new pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Everything you need to prepare a meal except the food. Or donā€™t cook at all given there are 10 good restaurants all within walking distance. I forgot to mention all new stainless appliances too.

The beach is a 5 minute walk across Ft. Pickens Rd.
Bring your favorite beach chair or rent one from the beach service. Your boat, kayak or paddle board are welcome too. The pool is larger than most with lots of lounges. Pickle ball several days a week.

Great Location and View of the Bay!
We had a great stay and so did our dog! This is a clean condo and the host responds very quickly with any questions you might have. The view of the bay is awesome and we used the balcony a lot to sit and relax. The building has a nice gym, laundry facility, and plenty of grass out front and in the back if youā€™re bringing a dog. The beds are comfortable and the condo is nicely furnished. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Getaway
This property is the perfect location in Pensacola! It's close enough to the strip to get to everything easily, but far enough away that you have peace and quiet too! Very clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed. We loved the view of the bay side and still being able to see the ocean. I asked the host a question via email and he replied in minutes and gave great directions on check-in/out process. The listing did say that the complex had a "spa tub" which I thought meant hot tub, but we didn't see one. It didn't hinder our trip in any way though. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful bayside view
The view of the bay was beautiful, loved that you could have your pets and people did. Beds were comfortable. I did let the owner know that the barstools were not user friendly and the chairs on the balcony were also not comfortable, they were not what was shown in the picture when I booked the condo, they were to low and hard. Owner was easy to communicate with and check in was very easy. Would recommend staying there, I would stay there again if the chairs are replaced. Overall good time. The island is absolutely beautiful and you can literally walk everywhere if you want to.

Beautiful condo close to everything!
This condo exceeded our expectations! The 2 Queen bed areas is as large as most reg hotel rooms. Nicely decorated, huge balcony with 3 sliders, 4 new deck chairs with great view of the bay! Laundry room on the ground floor with many washers and dryers. Yes the beach is across the street past the Holiday Inn to the right, but we were ok with that. Stop in town before u cross the bridge for whatever supplies or groceries u need at Walmart or Publix as groceries etc are limited on island šŸļø. Our week was cool so we didnā€™t use pool but hear it was not heated but l would check with management. All in all we had a great time and would definitely stay again. šŸ˜ƒ P.S. we did have small dog with us and a quick elevator ride to the front or back did the trickā€¦.waste bags available onsite šŸ˜‰ Ron very helpful with answers!

Great beach condo
We arrived and everything was as expected. Super clean. We needed a later checkout and he was very nice to accomodate us. Our flight was delayed by a full day! It is on the sound side, but woth a bery large balcony. Everything you need to cook. Ac works very well and there are floor fans if needed. Would recommend and stay here again!

February Break
As a break from the Midwestern winter, this was just what we needed. The unit is in a clean, well-kept building with views on all sides. The condo was bright, comfortable and well-equipped for even a longer stay. Our dog was happy to meet other fur friends and take easy walks between visits to the dog beach. And the host, Ron, was responsive and easy to communicate with. The west side of Pensacola Beach had a chill vibe + Fort Pickens and Peg Leg Pete's. Worth the stay!

The view!
Clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need is there including extras. Do bring your beach towels. There are a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet. If you use a Keurig for coffee bring your own. There is only a regular coffee pot. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, bake ware, etc. Beds were comfortable, Short walk to the beach, fishing right outside in the bay. The view is to die for! Absolutely gorgeous! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Ron explained everything before we got there so we had no problems. Great host!

Outstanding condo
We had a beautiful view and excellent accommodations. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room; bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect as well. Besides going to the beach and eating out, our favorite pastime was sitting on the balcony looking at that gorgeous view. The sunsets were amazing.

Quiet Beach Getaway
My husband and I ended our 2-week vacation in Pensacola Beach, FL. A beautiful, quiet beach with amazing white sand and the clearest ocean water weā€™ve ever seen. We stayed in Ronā€™s condo which was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Only a short walk across the street to the beach. Plenty of outdoor space to walk our pups. And Ron was the most attentive host. He always answered any questions we had in 15-min or less. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. When we come back down this way we will definitive staying at Ronā€™s place again! Thank you, Ron and Pensacola Beach for the perfect ending to our vacation!
