The Sand Dollar loft condo is a more peaceful option for those who want to stay away from the crowded beaches and makes it a perfect vacation spot for visitors looking for a quiet getaway. It is centrally located between Gulf Islands National Seashore and the infamous Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, where you will find a classic mix of restaurants, shopping, and various attractions at either spot.
Here’s what to expect:
Your vacation property is supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.
Each unit has clean bedding, bath towels (beach towels upon request) and a fully stocked kitchen. That said, although you will have a coffee maker, filters and coffee cups, your favorite coffee blend will likely not be found in the cabinet.
All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.
Important Information:
Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old.
There is absolutely NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the home or on the property.
No pets are allowed.
No parties are allowed.
Loft unit- No Elevator.
Snowbird Rentals Accepted

While we recognize the very real need for Emotional Support Animals, unfortunately, we must decline all pets.
In the interest of caution, and moreover the well-being of guests with pet allergies, we unfortunately have to request that our guests refrain from bringing any and all animals into the residence.
CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Free cancellations up to 14 days of your arrival date.
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE – CSA Travel Protection Insurance. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. You can view this brochure at http://www.vacationrentalinsurance.com.
